Filter Innovations has developed control system technology that enables the cost-effective manufacturing of high quality, dependable control systems using traditional relay logic. With our background in PLC-based control systems, we have redefined the way relay control panels are designed in order to provide many of the benefits of PLC-based systems within the simpler relay logic control systems.

FII relay logic panels use isolated input and output relays for all signals entering or leaving the control panel. This allows the operator to observe each independent part of the system and thereby simplifies both operation and troubleshooting of the system.

FII relay logic panels use dependable OMRON relays, and are based on detailed ladder logic control schematics. All wires in the control panel are labeled and color-coded to meet CSA and UL requirements. Operator interface with the control system is done with traditional selector switches and lights. Autodial capability can also be added to any control system to enable the system to dial out to a pager or voice alarm.
