Container enclosures are a popular choice for housing large, stationary systems. Containers are secure, cost-effective and offer a wide range of customizable options - both appearance and functionality can be adapted to suit customer requirements.

Construction

  • Heavy corrugated steel shell
  • Steel beam structure with wood-plan flooring
  • Heavy steel double-doors at one end
  • Standard lengths: twenty or forty feet (custom lengths can be obtained)

  • Painted exterior and plywood interior
  • Waterproof sealed floor
  • Double cargo doors on end (89”h x 92”w); side door (32”)
  • Lifting lugs on roof for crane lifting and on base for boom/crane lifting
  • Fork holes on base of 20-foot models

  • Professional engineer-stamped, wind-load hold-down documentation in compliance with local building code
  • Industrial steel siding on exterior
  • High-quality EPDM membrane roof
  • Exhaust hatches inserted in wall to diffuse heat

  • Sound-insulation layer built into walls to dampen operational noise

  • 2” sump in floor to detect flooding
  • Floor hatch removed to allow pipe entrance from underground
  • Roof extension or hatches for tall equipment
  • Pipe stub-outs mounted on side
  • Pipe connection slot mound on side

  • Interior lighting to facilitate work inside container
